Our company recently had three print jobs with Biddles. It was the first time our company has worked with a U.K. printer, and there were many unusual problems with these jobs that created delays and problems.

Daniel McMahon was our customer service rep for the work, and we couldn't allow another day to pass without telling you about how great our experience was with Biddles - but especially how great our experience was with Daniel.

We work with lots of printers all over the world, and we've NEVER been treated so well than we have by your company. And our print jobs were relatively small by comparison to other companies you print for, I'm sure! Our books arrived on time, and they were printed perfectly. Our client was so happy.

The best part of working with Biddles, though, was working with Daniel. He was more than helpful; he went beyond the normal call of duty as far as we are concerned. His communication skills are excellent, he kept us up to date of problems and delays (that were our fault!), and did everything in his power to get our books to us on time. We fear he may have made an annoyance of himself to your production people! And he did it for us.

What a wonderful and delightful young man you have in Daniel. He said he was fairly new and ours was the first job he has seen from start to finish. Well, Jeanette, if his work on our books is any indication then Biddles customers will be very pleased indeed. Your company is very lucky to have a young man of his caliber. We see few young people these days that take so much initiative and pride in their work.

We have more printing work for our client in the U.K., and we'll be calling on Biddles again for the work. What a joy it has been working with your company.
