Theresa joined Biddles in 1980 as a bindery assistant. She moved into the bindery office in 1990 as Works Manager Assistant.

When Biddles Short Run Books was established in 1995 Theresa transferred to the new division as Assistant to the General Manager, and has since gone on to become a key member of the customer services team.
