Jeanette manages the Customer Service and Administration team helping to ensure that our customers are well looked after and that we are always striving to go that extra mile.

Jeanette began her career in publishing and printing 20 years ago working for a small publishing house in Cambridge. She moved to printing a few years later and has remained in the trade ever since mainly working in HR and training and development. She is a Judge for the prestigious National Training Awards managed by UK skills and sponsored by the Department for Education and Skills.

Jeanette, who joined Biddles in 2004 and was promoted to the Board in 2006, says that she loves working with such a great group of people who are really committed to making a quality product and moving to a place as gorgeous as Norfolk is the icing on the cake!
