The address for our FTP server is ftp://upload.biddles.co.uk (the IP address if required is 80.68.60.137)
In order to use our FTP site you will need a user name and password from us which will give you access to your dedicated folder on the FTP server. If you require a user name and password then please either send an e-mail to ftp@biddles.co.uk or ‘phone your customer services contact who will be happy to supply you with the details.
if you need to upload files and don't yet have your login details then you may use this upload link during out of office hours.

Cyberduck is a available to download free from www.apple.com
Launch Cyberduck and choose Open Connection. In the Connection window that pops up type upload.biddles.co.uk in Server. Type your user name and password as provided by Biddles in Username and Password and Press Connect.
Click Connect to start the FTP connection. Once connected, the contents of your folder on the Biddles FTP server will be displayed. This wll be empty the first time you connect.
There are two ways to upload to the server:
1. You can simply drag and drop your files into your personal folder from your desktop/server. The Transfers window will show you when the files have finished uploading.
2. You can choose Upload from the list of drop down options when you select Action in Cyberduck. Navigate to the folder that you want to upload files from and once you have selected them press the Upload button. You will see the files
copying into your personal folder on the Biddles FTP server.
When uploading files please include your Biddles Job Number as part of the file name i.e. 209800_Book_Title. If you have several jobs to upload then please create a new folder for each job (File, New, Folder). If you are not sure what your Biddles Job Number is then please use the ISBN and part of the book title when creating the folder i.e. 9780123456789_Book_Title.
Please note that once files have been uploaded we will require a production order to be sent to us within 24 hours. This can be uploaded to the FTP site at the same time as the files. Work cannot commence on files until an order has been received.
We have software that constantly monitors the FTP server for new files that have been uploaded but we would appreciate it if you could send your customer services contact an e-mail to let them know that you have uploaded files.
